Your responsibilities
- Quote test generation based on test plan
- Recommend test plan for new products
- Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
- Documents and analyzes test cases and provides feedback and recommendations for product or design changes.
- Ensures testing procedures complies with any required industry specific standards.
- Maintain material traceability as required
- Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions.
- Perform testability analysis.
- Support new production projects
- Work in a collaborative in environment.
- Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
- Design, manage and oversee PCBA and assembly level test equipment (as needed)
- Document and maintain customer provided test equipment
- Ensure that customer provided equipment is properly documented
- Maintain test equipment (e.g. incorporate ECOs, repair as needed)
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, MS Degree preferred
- 7-10 years of test development experience
- LabVIEW experience
- Visual Basic experience is a plus
- Ability to work with customers and in a team environment.
- Communicate efficiently in verbal and written formats
